Success Rain is a professional manufacturer of plastic precision molds. We have a production workshop of 26,600m² in Shenzhen, Guangdong. We provide one-stop OEM solutions for mold design, mold manufacturing, and mold injection molding. Success Rain currently has 148 devices, including 82 injection molding machines such as single-color and two-color injection molding machines of different sizes from 110T to 1,500T. There are also 33 sets of mold processing equipment, including 6 CNC machines, 5 spark machines, 6 milling machines, 5 grinding machines, 2 slow wire walking machines, 3 medium wire walking machines, as well as 33 sets of product testing equipment including 3D coordinate measuring machines, quadratic element measure equipment and colorimeters, used to detect and control the precision of mold parts and product parts to ensure that qualified products are provided to customers.

Quality Control Procedures
In terms of the quality of the entire production process, we have professional QE and QA staff who develop standardized and systematic processes to eliminate and prevent quality defects in advance. In terms of execution, we have IQC to perform incoming material inspection, and the test items include the physical properties of the materials and the accuracy of the finished molds. We also have IPQC positions in each link to detect problems in a timely manner and prevent defective products from flowing into the next process.
